Angamardana is a series of 31 dynamic processes ,rooted in yoga. Angamardana means gaining mastery over the limbs,organs and other parts of the body.True to its name,this practice revitalizes the body on all levels including the muscles,circulatory system,skeletal structure ,nervous system and the basic energy system. No equipment needed your body is everything.

Duration This process can be learnt either standalone or as a full module over  5 sessions. Below are the four process sets within Angamardana. Upon completion of all  process sets,the participant  will complete Angamardana program that ends with kundalini kriya ,veerabhadrasana and dhyan. A review/correction session is included as part of the full module.

  • Standing postures

  • Squatting postures

  • Sitting postures

  • Lying down postures
