Classical hatha practices for pregnant women

Pregnancy Program is designed with specific asanas that are beneficial for pregnant women. The program also includes specific breathing practices and Nada yoga. 

Duration 

  Three sessions - 1 hour 45 mins per session

  • Activates and stretches the lumbar part of  the spine ,reduces pain in shoulder/shoulder blades
