Yogasanas are not just exercises,but rather very subtle processes to manipulate one's energy to naturally achieve a chemistry of health,joy,blissfulness and above all balance. Practice of Yogasanas opens up possibilities to experience your higher nature.

Duration  4-5 sessions - 2 hours and 45 mins per session  (Includes one review/correction session.)This program has to be completed and practiced in its entirety.
